These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Pathfinder Distribution Ltd website. Please read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this Website. If you do access the Website, and /or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below.

How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.

Acceptance of Order: No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Pathfinder Distribution Ltd until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by us via email or by letter.

Method of Payment: You can pay either by VISA, AMEX, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Electron. We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Pathfinder Distribution Ltd. for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. We will take payment in GB pounds (£) and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at the time of payment taken.

We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Pricing Policy: VAT & The EU, All products are priced in pounds sterling and include VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Third Party Sites: Pathfinder Distribution Ltd is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. This includes prices and listed products.

Use of Promotional Vouchers: Please note that these are the conditions under which a promotional voucher can be used. The offer is only valid on one purchase. It is not valid with any other promotion, Price Beater, offer, discount, sale item, group sales price or special order.

Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

All prices are exclusive of delivery as you are able to pick up any products from us - please see your shopping cart for pricing.

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.

We are also happy to provide a non-trackable delivery service of most items under 1.5kg in weight via airmail small packet, where the cost will be calculated on packed weight.
Please Note: Prices for any orders that are to be delivered by Airmail Small packet start at £5.00 GBP. (The charge is for the postage, packing, bag checking etc).
In the event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with a dated copy of your signature along with your written instructions and details of your order.

Any items that exceed the weight delivery limit of 30kg will be subject extra postage charges.

Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 7 days after receipt of goods. In this event, simply let us know and we will arrange for the goods to be picked up. Please contact us on 01258 880298 or email info@pathfinderdistribution.com if you have a query.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused and received within 7 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

With the exception of unwanted goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)

Cancellation Policy: We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to info@pathfinderdistribution.com , or mailed to Pathfinder Distribution Ltd, Unit 9, Luccombe Business Centre, Milton Abbas, Blandford, Dorset, DT11 0BD . Alternatively, you may telephone us on 01258 880298 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday: Except Bank Holidays.

We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Errors and Omissions. We strive to keep our website and publications accurate, up to date and error free. However, whilst every effort has been made to make them so, no responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Data Protection and Privacy: Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not disclose or divulge this information to others in ways different from what is stated in these terms and conditions. Pathfinder Distribution Ltd collects information from users of our website at several different points and we will use your information to send you a monthly newsletter that you can unsubscribe from.

Where an order form exists, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, landline telephone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. In case of difficulty in processing an order, this information will be used to contact the user.

Water Proofing Restore the DWR (durable water repellent). Since no DWR is permanent, it is only a matter of time before you will need to reapply a water-repellent finish to the fabric. Group Sales prices are available to clubs, organisations, schools, companies or military. Our ability to offer such competitive discounts depends upon focusing on the needs of your group requirements and keeping costs low. To do so means we are unable to provide this service to individuals.

All orders require a signature on delivery.
